Department: NURSE CASE MANAGERS
Schedule: Fulltime
Shift: Day
Hours: 8-4:30 For case mgt of cardiovascular surgical patients
Grade: NAD
Starting Pay Range: $22.69 - $29.50

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing required, Master’s degree preferred.
Licensure: Current license to practice in the State of Virginia required.
Certification in case management desirable.
Experience: Minimum three years of professional practice experience in an acute care setting. Prior Case Management or Utilization Management preferred.
Skills needed include excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of internal and external customers, critical thinking skills, creative problem solving, proficient organization, and planning.
Must be self-directed, and have the ability to tolerate frequent interruptions and a demanding work load.
Knowledge of funding, resources, services, clinical standards, and outcomes is preferred.
